These terms govern your use of Elemodo Bricks, a LEGO® collection tracker operated by Elemodo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Elemodo Bricks is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this service. Set names, numbers, and images are catalog facts about products made by the LEGO Group and are used here to identify those products.
You need an account to use Elemodo Bricks. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to upload malicious code, to scrape or bulk-extract data, to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or to resell the service without our agreement.
The collection data and photos you add remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to display it back to you and to the members of any collection you share it with, and to back it up. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it to train anything.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
You can invite others to a collection. Members can view what is in it; administrators can also edit it and manage its membership. Be deliberate about who you invite: an administrator can change or remove the sets in a collection you created. The person who created a collection is always an administrator and cannot be removed from it.
Elemodo Bricks shows market value estimates for LEGO sets, sourced from third-party data providers. These figures are informational only. They are not appraisals, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of what any set will sell for. Values move, our data can be stale or wrong, and some sets have no data at all. Do not rely on Elemodo Bricks as the sole basis for an insurance claim, a sale, a purchase, or any other financial decision.
Set details, piece counts, release years, and images come from third-party catalog sources. We do our best to show them accurately but we do not warrant that they are complete or correct.
Elemodo Bricks offers a free trial of 30 days. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires a subscription at $5 / month, billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; we do not prorate partial months. If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and the change will apply from your next billing period.
Viewing a collection someone has shared with you does not by itself require a subscription.
We aim to keep Elemodo Bricks running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and features may change or be withdrawn. We will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.
You can disable your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for abuse, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause and you have paid in advance, we will refund the unused portion.
We take backups, but no service is immune to data loss. If your collection matters to you financially, keep your own copy of the important parts.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elemodo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost value, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will give notice in the app for material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
